Update git submodules 

* Update cookiecutter from branch 'master'
  to b1454984311062b69f0f11c8d0950a17877fdc4c
  - Remove unicode literal from code
    
    All strings are considered as unicode literal string from Python 3.
    
    This patch drops the explicit unicode literal (u'...')
    appearances from the unicode strings.
